FROSYS is part of FG.de, a group of companies specialized on green energy with the following main business areas: geothermal power, concentrated solar power (CSP), Smart Metering, Smart Grids and e-mobility. As technology developer, FROSYS is a perfect partner for solutions in the fields of electric mobility, intelligent consumption measurement, energy management and power distribution (Smart Metering / Smart Grid).

In the future market of electric mobility, FROSYS is a system supplier of software and hardware components for infrastructure solutions. The company positions itself as a system integrator for intermodal charging stations of different manufacturers.

By using a plug-in module comprising hardware and software components, charging stations can be connected to the central system. This enables to uniformly organize system processes, functionalities and interfaces – independent of charging stations and charging procedures.

FROSYS implemented first integration concepts in the funded StroPa project by developing the management system for a company`s non-public parking lot. 

Based on the results of this funded project, the system is being enhanced to meet the requirements of charging stations in public, semi-public (company`s parking lots) und private areas (home charging systems) and to become a universal management system for charging stations.

According to the available energy as well as the forecasted and the current demand, active load and charging management on the basis of load settings in a network control system make the FROSYS system an active component of Smart Grids. The intelligent load flow management integrating local energy storages also enables the economical use of self-generated energy in conjunction with an optimized consumption in industrial, commercial or private environments (Smart Home).

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of electricity meters and the communication connection to higher-level expert systems of energy suppliers, FROSYS is competent partner for Smart Metering. The company`s product portfolio includes, besides intelligent meters and communication components, also high-performance IT systems for the collection and management of measuring data.

The company`s product portfolio is completed by offering a wide variety of electric vehicles. System components from FROSYS cover the entire range of requirements in the field of electric mobili
